Introducing Gwyn Carter-Rice “When agents achieve a certain level of success, it is not uncommon for them to remove themselves from significant portions of the real estate transaction. I believe in remaining ’hands-on’ in all of my transactions. It ensures the client that their transaction will be handled with the level of service and integrity that is associated with The Team Advantage. In addition, it shows them how much I genuinely appreciate the opportunity.” Gwyn Carter Rice has been actively marketing and selling homes for over 25 years in North County San Diego and has closed more than 2000 transactions! Her consistent stream of referrals and satisfied clients has resulted in repetitive Top Agent awards, a true measure of the passion she has for her profession. Gwyn incorporates a multifaceted marketing approach that ensures global exposure and positive results when selling a client’s home. Buyers benefit from her unsurpassable knowledge of the North County communities, her attention to detail and her desire to exceed the expectation of every client. Believing that giving back to our community is important, Gwyn has served as a founding member of Pickford Realty Cares, helping to create a safe haven for victims of domestic violence. At present, she sits on the Board of Trustees for La Jolla Country Day School, is an active committee member for La Jolla Country Day School’s Building on Excellence Campaign; and a Country Day Fund Committee member. She is also an active member of the National Charity League. Gwyn currently resides in Solana Beach. Her husband Mark Rice is Vice-President of Development for a software company servicing the Biotech Community.
